A quiet, decaying corner caught in golden-hour light with weathered brick, a peeling pink door, and a pair of rusted roof vents standing guard over an empty lot. There’s a particular kind of stillness to places like this that makes for good photography. I’d been needing to get out after the heat dome finally broke.
